This Policy applies to information we collect through our website located at https://ohioeliteteam.com (the "Website"), as well as through email, telephone, text message, online forms, and other interactions you have with us in connection with our real estate services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Website or our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described in this Policy, please do not use the Website or our Services.

Such information, when required for a real estate transaction, is typically collected and handled directly by our affiliated brokerage, lenders, title companies, or other transaction professionals under their own privacy practices.

4. How We Share or Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share or disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Affiliated Brokerage. We may share information with eXp Realty, LLC, our affiliated brokerage, as necessary to provide real estate brokerage services and meet regulatory and supervisory requirements.

Mobile information and text-messaging data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Please see Section 6 for additional information regarding text messaging.
5. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics
We and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Website and to understand how it is used.
A "cookie" is a small data file stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted or expired). We may also use web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies that allow us to recognize your device and collect usage information.
We use these technologies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, analyze Website traffic and performance, and support our marketing efforts. We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, that collect and process information about your use of the Website. Information about how Google collects and processes data is available through Google's privacy resources.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including to refuse or delete cookies. If you disable cookies, some features of the Website may not function properly. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to such signals, we do not currently respond to them.

No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data. No mobile information, including telephone numbers and consent to receive text messages, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except for service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our CRM and SMS platform providers), and those providers are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than providing the service to us.
Telephone Calls. If you provide your telephone number, you consent to receive telephone calls from us regarding your inquiries and our real estate services, consistent with applicable law. You may ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us during a call or by contacting us using the information in Section 13.
6.1 SMS Terms and Conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
