Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Ohio Elite Team is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

6.Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Data

Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our CRM and SMS platform providers), and those providers are prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than providing the service to us.
